Carl's Haunting Ideas

The House of Specters

Halloween is one of my favorite times of year.  I don't have much of a haunt, but it is growing each year.  My haunt is basically just a bunch of yard and window displays.  I have finally given my display/haunt a name - The House of Specters.  I have a few tombstones and bones that I lay out in the yard,  I put a Flying Crank Ghost in our main window, a Trash Can Trauma by the walkway, a few plaster-of-paris witch and skull faces, floods attached to a color organ, a couple of fog machines, and scary music.  Not much of a haunt, but all the trick-or-treaters say it's the best in the subdivision.

We also try to put on a yearly Halloween party for our  kids, but it is kind of hit and miss these past few years.  In 2004 we actually did three parties, one for our teenage daughter, one for our 7 yr old son, and one for our two younger daughters. We have a good time with it!

Although I don't have a lot to offer on this page yet, there are a few unique items below that you might find interesting.  I hope you enjoy them!
