This talking skull uses our quality skull with the ST-450 board mounted inside along with the servo and all the wires attached, including the LED eyes. You just have to plug in the power and load the sound into the built-in MP3/WAV player via a microSD card!
 
Our quality skull has a cranium cut for access to the electronics and includes pegs and magnets to keep the alignment correct and skull cap held in place.

Included Accessories

  • LED Eyes - Ultra Bright Red
  • 9VDC 1000mA (1A) power supply

The circuit inside the skull allows you to drive the servo for animating the jaw of your prop. Easily create a prop with that highly sought after animatronics effect!

Operates off of a 9 to 12VDC supply. 

Switches on the Scary Terry Audio Servo Driver board allow you to choose the Left, Right, or both audio channels to drive the servo in the skull.

The eyes can be set to always on or to flash in sync with the audio. They are inserted in the skull, but not glued in, so you have the option of changing them out for different color LED's or just removing them altogether.

A free audio editor, called Audacity, can be downloaded from www.audacity.sourceforge.net

With the audio editor you can easily record tracks to make the skull follow any audio you desire. No programming is required.

 

Also available as a kit (you mount servo, drill all the holes, and attach the jaw etc.).

    The scary Terry talking skull that I ordered is the perfect prop for my Halloween display very well-made. I am not Technology savvy so this was a great purchase. My problem now is to get someone to put the voice on the SD card like I said I’m not technology savvy. Thank you so much.

    I love the skull. It's pretty heavy. I'm a little worried about the weight working with the current setup I have for my Halloween witch.

    Great prop, complete with no need for an external MP3 play. Super easy to setup and use. I even used the auxiliary contact to create a head turning motion for added effect. Probably going to get another one to add to my display.
